VOLCO Volco Company Volco is searching for a career-oriented Outside Sales Representative who is highly motivated and aggressively works to sell the company's broad range of solutions in all of North and South Dakota and parts of Minnesota. Position Candidate would ideally be located in Bismarck, ND Ability to travel 50%-60% Volco is a professional sales organization representing leading manufacturers of electromechanical, electronic, automation, sensing, electric heating products, and value-added services Job Duties: Maintain existing accounts along with identifying, targeting and developing new accounts. Embraces and implements a comprehensive sales process; inclusive of sales-busines:s development tracking and data entry and world class follow up. Understands and values the importance of developing relationships with the goal of establishing partnerships Primary external representative of Volco; must convey expertise in product offerings, services, and capabilities supporting a Consultative Sales Approach resulting in Win-Win Solution Provided Outcomes. Demonstrate products to customers and make joint calls with distributors.
